Rachael Cook

 Rachael L. Cook (born on October 4 in 1978) is an American actress. She has starred as a baby-sitter in the films The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That (99) and Josie and the Pussycats (192001). She has also appeared in the television series Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart is her voice. Rachael Cook was born in Minneapolis (Minnesota), her parents are Thomas Howard Cook and JoAnn Cook, who are both a stand-up comedian and a social worker. She is of Italian descent. Cook made her public service announcement in foster care at seven years old. Cook also began modeling as a child print model by the age 10 and was featured on national commercials for Target. She attended Clara Barton Open School in Clara Barton, Laurel Springs School in Minneapolis, as well as Minneapolis South High School.
